We are currently developing ‘live’ online counselling by individual shelters like Women’s Community House. When the research is finished and online counselling can be offered in a completely secure and reliable way, women will be able to access trained counsellors 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Shelternet web site.
Until then, women can speak with a counsellor 24/7 at 519-642-3000, TTY 519-963-0427 or 1-800-265-1576 to receive support and information.
